Access to the sister hotel's leisure facilities is a big plus. The shower in our room had inconsistent water temperature. Great views from our seafront room, only a short walk to the beach.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar area. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped return my forgotten headphones. The staff are always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it! I'll be coming back for Easter.

The room was large, exceptionally clean, and had a beautiful balcony with a sea view, which was my priority. I faced some issues with the lack of air conditioning and could hear disturbances from outside. my stay was pleasant thanks to the comfortable room and helpful staff.

we had a lovely stay at the bournemouth hotel! the executive double room was spacious and offered a luxurious feel. the leisure facilities were fantastic, especially the access to the waves health club with pools and a gym. plus, it's really close to the beach and parking is easy.

Bathroom was small and the shower was a letdown.

The outdoor pool appeared inviting, and rooms were clean with comfortable beds. A partial sea view from one room added a nice touch, and the proximity to the city center allowed for easy beachside walks. the experience was marred by inadequate lighting in the car park and cold breakfast foods, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The decor was charming, and everything was accessible for my Nan, making her feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay.
